A vision for the future

BrilliT is a wholly-owned subsidiary of REC.

Through its parent company RE Communications, Inc., BrilliT is incorporated in the state of Virginia and is a non-stock corporation, pursuant to Title 13.1, Chapter 10 – Virginia Nonstock Corporation Act of the Code of Virginia. Its articles of incorporation were filed with the SCC on June 7, 1989. BrilliT and RE Communications, Inc are governed by a board of directors that is separate and independent of the Cooperative.

The strategic management and vision for the future are led by industry professionals with many years of utility experience.
