Todd Jordan

Director - Information Systems & Business Solutions

Todd W. Jordan is Rappahannock Electric Cooperative’s (REC) Director – Information Systems & Business Solutions. In this role, he ensures the integration and an enterprise-wide vision of technology, provides daily oversight and coordination of Development, Operations and Business Solutions activities, as well as Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and Outage Management Systems for the enterprise. 

Todd holds a bachelor’s in business management and a Master of Business Administration from Mary Washington College. He earned a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University and the Global Information Assurance Certification in Security Leadership (GSLC). In 2022, he earned the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification. Todd is also a graduate of the NRECA Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program certified by the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business.
